Order processing and shipping details

• Processing time: 

  Orders are currently being poured to order. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after Friday 12 pm CST are not processed until the following Monday. 

  
  

  Shipping methods: 

  Standard Ground Shipping, FedEx Ground, USPO Ground, UPS Ground

  
  

  Shipping costs: 

  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  
  

  Restrictions: 

  Shipping is available within the US, US Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  
  

  Shipping confirmation: 

  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  
  

  Potential delays: 

  Shipments may be delayed during periods of high order volume. Customers will be contacted if there is a significant delay.
